The story
Shepherds Circle started from a simple frustration: too many church administrators were tracking members in Excel, collecting tithes on paper, and missing birthdays because there was no system to remind them.
We built the platform we wished existed — one that respects the structure of the local church, protects member privacy, and scales from a small house fellowship to a large multi-department congregation.
Today, Shepherds Circle is used by churches across West Africa and beyond. Our team is small, our values are clear, and our commitment to the church is deep.
